Here at Spread the Bagel, we only the finest and highest quality ingredients available to bring Shanghai a delicious bagel experience. Each batch of bagels are made from scratch, in the traditional baking process, which includes hand rolling, a long fermentation cycle and boiling each bagel before they reach the oven. The end result is dense and chewy interior and crunchy exterior - just as a bagel should be! We also home whip all of our cream cheeses, which provide the perfect spreads for our bagels. We are constantly thinking about new spread and bagel flavors, so if you have any ideas, let us know!
